Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
Unused and unopened
In original packaging with all included accessories
In the same condition as received
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)
The following items are strictly excluded from returns and refunds under any circumstances:
Intimate wellness devices and personal care products — once delivered, these items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, safety, and health regulation reasons. This applies regardless of whether the item has been opened or used.
Pillows, orthopedic products, and any items that come into direct contact with the body — if opened or used.
This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers and is non-negotiable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or stops functioning, we take this seriously — however, the following process must be completed before any resolution can be offered:
Step 1 — Submit a claim within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery confirmation may not be eligible for resolution.
Step 2 — Provide mandatory photo and video evidence:
Clear photos of the item from multiple angles
Photos of the original packaging (including the shipping box)
A short video demonstrating the defect or damage
A photo of the shipping label
Without complete photographic and video evidence, we are unable to process your claim.
Step 3 — Resolution options (at our discretion, based on evidence review):
Once your evidence is reviewed and the defect is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:
Replacement part or accessory (if applicable)
Store credit toward a future purchase
Return shipping to our fulfilment centre — if a return is approved, the item must be shipped back at the customer's expense. A refund will be issued only upon receipt and inspection.
Partial refund — in cases where the damage is minor or partial
Full refund is issued only in cases of confirmed total product failure with complete evidence provided
How to Request a Return or Report a Defect

All required photos and videos (see above)
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days. Please do not ship any item back without receiving written authorisation from us first. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the conditions above are not fully met.
